Refunds and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This “cooling-off” period begins the day after you receive your goods, or the day after the last item in your order is received if you ordered multiple items.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can do this by emailing us at [email protected] with a clear statement of your intention to cancel. Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse you all payments received, including the original delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or, if earlier, the day on which you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Returning Goods

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except where the goods are faulty or not as described (see “Faulty Goods” below).

Please ensure the goods are returned in the same condition you received them, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories. We may make a deduction from your refund for any diminished value of the goods if they have been used beyond what is necessary for a reasonable inspection.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please retain your proof of postage.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

The following goods are exempt from the right to cancel:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.

Faulty Goods

If the goods you receive are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with details of the issue. We will arrange for a refund or replacement, including any return shipping costs.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the goods weren’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
